Thoughts from the first day
A few random thoughts from my first day in four years working in a real office:
Is that a real Joust arcade machine? Cool.
Interaction design actually being scheduled into the development cycle?? That makes me happy.
I miss my coffee maker at home.
I miss my dogs more.
The commute wasn’t that bad. Wait, where’d my evening go?
I have a lot to learn.

Thanks for those kind words, Sean. It was a good first day, if not a little overwhelming! My mind was racing all evening with ideas and questions, but that's defintely a good sign.
